SPRI Slide Board in Walmart

i saw a slide board for $44.77 in a local walmart. i think it's this one:

thanks for sharing the Amazon link. the reviewers provide tips on keeping the surface slick (wax paper).

i would have tried Pledge furniture polish also. but wax paper sounds good too.

I'd love one of these, but I think my hips wouldn't handle it well.

you can do a test run using paper plates on carpet. or even better, furniture sliders. it's similar.

Thanks for the Amazon link. I had one of those Reebok slides several years back.....it was super fun so I just ordered a new one. Should be fun to slide around while watching the tube.

That's why I think I'd better find some other way to workout, even if this does look like fun.
