Any interest in a kettlebell checkin?
I’m just testing the waters to see if there is any interest in joining me in a kettlebell or strength-focused checkin. That’s been my main mode of exercise the last few months and I’m still loving it. I’m now doing Lauren Brooks streaming and an in person class with DH once a week with a Strong First trainer. I am just loving how much fun I’m having and after aimlessly working out for the last couple of years, I’m happy to find something I love. Please post here if you’re using bells at least once a week and would be interested in a kB focused group. I do all sorts of other workouts too, so it’s certainly not only KBs.
Any strength enthusiasts are welcome!
