Yes, they definitely look more intense and I was thinking the same thing, too, Sue. I'm sorry to see Hamelin go the way of "more, harder, etc". But, I also saw that since these look to be set up as a repeated circuit, I figure I can cut it short/skip some of it. Pain to do that, but it might be worth it. I also was trying to figure out if there might be less intense but similar moves I could do. Still haven't tried either one but I'm hoping to tomorrow.

The Hamelin workouts I have are intense enough already.

He needs to do some senior workouts.

I downloaded these since my streaming can be iffy depending on time of day. These are youtube links and I actually prefer when he sends Vimeo links, but I'm OK with youtube links too. The price was only USD26 for 4 workouts and quality is good even if the sound is somewhat echo-y.

I haven't done these yet, but just by looking, I thought both of these workouts are doable and easily modified. I may feel differently when I actually do them, but I really like what I see.

I finally did the first one this morning and while it's not his usual more steady-state type of thing, it is doable. But....... it was just not really my cup of tea. One minute of grapevines? I don't know..... I just don't really like this circuit format. I couldn't get into my usual "HDB Zen". I also don't like the up and down stuff.

That's what I thought upon preview - way too much up and down. I love Hamelin's "zen" workouts also. Oh well, at least it wasn't too expensive. Lesson learned.

I still haven't done it yet, but it should be right up my alley. I'm not a fan of Hamelin's "zen" workouts.

Maybe we have different definitions of "zen" because I know you love Cardio Tone G (as do I, now) and I would consider that "zen".

Hmmm....yes, I love CardioToneG but I would describe it as hypnotic (I think PittyPat called it that first) not zen. I'll have to look up definition of zen to make sure, and I finally have to do that workout.
