Are the workouts in bootcamp different from Series 1?

The Blitzmatics Bootcamp workouts come with a rotation schedule to follow.

Yes, he's filmed new workouts for the Bootcamp rotation but the others in Series 1 are outstanding. Some of the newer Bootcamp workouts include more equipment...BOSU, slant board, step (besides ankle weights and hand weights.) Just more goodness!

Is there a big difference in the intensity of the two offerings? I feel like I want both but I've been on a spending frenzy lately!!

I injured my shoulder doing Hammer & Chisel and when I return to doing any upper body work these may be a good option!

If you can only get one - definitely get boot camp. More bang for your buck.

All workouts are under an hour

OMG. I do NOT need to buy any more workouts, but I am so tempted.

Everything I've been drawn to lately is really hard on my hands (KBs, Metabolic, Bodyweight, Yoga). I need to mix in something with light or no weights.

Of course I could try any of the dozens of virgin barre or pilates DVDs I already have.

But ooh look, something new and shiny!
