dvds with upper body only cardio

I'm recovering from a sprained ankle and I miss cardio. I have found some upper body workouts on you tube, and received more suggestions here (thank you !)

Does anyone have any dvd suggestions? I have about all of KCM's dvds, and Cathe's MMA boxing. I know a number of KCM's dvds have boxing premixes.
I'm also willing to adapt something else. I need to get creative.

I've tried doing very slow standing tai chi, but that still hurts my ankle.

Thanks!
Sherry

Sorry about your ankle. Chairdancing and Richard's Sit Tight might be helpful. I used them while recovering from knee replacement and sprained ankles. You can bounce on a stability ball and do arm movements.

Susan Chung's Rapid Fire 1 has a great Shadow Box segment, and her RF 4 has a premix that you can easy adapt (Boxing No Blasts).

I think Ilaria's Powerstrike workouts have punching segments, too. Been years since I've done any of them, so I can't say for certain.

I hope your ankle heals quickly!

Thank you both! I do have Rapid Fire 4. I think I will have Rapid Fire 1. I have some of Ilaria's workouts. I will have to check those also.

Linda, I will check you tube-thanks!

How about this?
search for wheel chair routines
like

Any standing routine with an emphasis on the upper body can be done sitting.
Billy Blanks had a young man in a wheel chair in many of the TaeBo routines.

Sherry, I remember Kelly's 30 MTF Total Body Kickbox was more punching than kicking. That's exactly what I loved about it!

Jessica Smith has a playlist of chair routines, and I know at least one is cardio.
