KCM- Body Design- Stronger/Leaner Lower & Upper Body Strength

I loved the lower body section. A few weighted moves that I could really heavy up with and a barre finisher with ankle weights. Nice! Upper Body Strength was just okay. I didn't like the one arm tricep dips.

  • Cardio (30m)
  • Upper Body (20m)
  • Lower Body (20m)
  • Abs (10m)
(This is a long workout if you choose to do all of the routines. I modified so that I would last 80 minutes. It's not a difficult workout.)

32 minute walk…bad sleep and pain. Did what I could. I do physical labor. Worked 5 hours. Walked friend’s dog for 15 minutes
