Moonbeam31 mentioned GymRa in the YT finds thread and I had completely forgotten about them! I did several of their workouts years ago when they were available on Amazon Prime and enjoyed them. So after moonbeam31's suggestion, I looked into GymRa on YT and did these workouts.

60 minute cardio- I Joni-O'd this after 7 minutes. If I'm doing 60 minutes of cardio, I would like a gentler start- not just straight into jumping jacks and butt kicks. Let me warm up first!

on to- 30 minute kickboxing workout. Much better!

and finally- 10 minute cardio workout (which happened to be kickboxing inspired). Meh.

I had to add my own stretch at the end.

I'll have to try more GymRa workouts on YT. I seem to remember doing step workouts of theirs on Amazon Prime, and I don't notice any on YT.

I realized that it wasn't GymRa I was thinking of on Amazon Prime, but Gym Box. Gah! So many similar sounding names!
