Cathe's “Arrree Youuuuu Readyyyy???” (she says this in more workouts besides Afterburn - and I noticed it today in her Live "You Can Do Anything For A Minute #98" description (which was totally AWESOME, btw!!!!)

For some reason Tracie Long from Firm Basics Sculpting With Weights (I think) saying, "It's ok to cheat when you're learning" pops into my head at the oddest times.

I also found myself calling my cat "babydoll" when I was doing Turbo Jam a lot years ago

Susan Harris' "isn't this better than dieting" while jogging in place and holding 1# hand weights.

The first time I heard it I thought it was "isn't this better than dying?" and did a double take.

I'll often use this one during a tough uphill hike to make my husband laugh.

KCM, Life is too short to lift light weight. Pops into my head often, when lifting my daughters light cat, when lifting my deceptively heavy dog, even when I’m changing things up and doing an Ellen workout. Yesterday in the sports store looking at the equipment. Then I saw my neighbour carrying two heavy buckets of garden waste and again...life is to short....

Oh, and Erich Schiffmann, in tree pose: "If you start to sway, don't give up. Trees ... SWAY..." in that quintessential Erich voice. I often hear this in my head when I'm in tree.

Cathe, in a very early weight-lifting video: "Some days you're really strong, some days you're not having it all there - it all depends on what you ate, how you slept, what's going on in your life..." and she goes on to explain that after she's been up at night with her crying baby (this shows JUST how long ago this was

) the next day she has "no strength". I think of this when I'm trying to cut myself some slack, during a workout or really during any activity.
