Does anybody have a bodyblade?

I got one for Christmas. It seems like fun and it's pretty intense. I was wondering if anyone else has used one.

I had one several years ago.
I ended up selling it because I couldn't figure out how to work it into my daily workout routine.

i have one. i've used it a few times - i have a DVD of the cardio workout.

my son's PE teacher used it during one of his fitness units. they used it while wearing a polar HRM. my son liked it.

if you're chair bound, this is a good option for cardio.

I first used the actual BodyBlade when I went to physical therapy for my shoulder and the PT recommended it because it isolates the muscles I needed to strengthen at that time. The BodyBlade was expensive back then so I found a version of it that Brookstone was selling maybe 5 or 6 years ago called BodyForm Fitness Stick. They no longer sell it, but I still use it for shoulder and wrist exercises.

I bought my Bodyblade around the same time I bought my Shake Weight.
They both seemed to give me tension-like headaches.
