I've added two of these to try later. The Olivia Lawson one is already on my list. I love her workouts, although sometimes I wish that they were a bit more gentle (squats and lunge-type movements).

3) Total body (no splits)

4) Cardio present and I prefer compound moves

5) Not Cathe, Jessica, Ellen, or The Firm

6) DVD as I don’t have a VCR anymore

Does anyone have any ideas? I’m looking for something different than what I already have now. Thank you in advance!!!!

The only one that comes to mind right now is Cardio Core Express with Debbie Seibers from the South in 6 Express series. They use a 3-5lb set of dumbells only. 30mins and standing the entire time! You can find the dvd on Amazon, eBay or thriftbooks probably or its on youtube:

Ok, thank you, Moonbeam!!!

Wow! I’m shocked that there isn’t more!! Maybe that is one of the reason’s Jessica is so successful because she fills a niche! Interesting!!

Maybe it's the absolutely zero floor work that is limiting you? Most ab work and chest work are on the floor.

Well, I guess there is a reason I have 25+ Jessica Smith DVDs! I’ll just have to modify the forward hinges. It looks like she is the only one with so many strength workouts without floor work. Thanks to all those that tried to help! You win Moonbeam! At least, I got one new workout from this thanks to you! I bought it yesterday! Thanks!!!

These two workouts may not hit 100% of your criteria, but.... One is a post-partum workout but don't let that deter you.

I can't give specifics for each dvd but I'm thinking many of KCM's workouts would work. I can't guarantee there is zero floorwork in her workouts but many are total body weight work using just dumbbells with compound moves that get your heartrate up. ETA -- And with all her premixes there are sure to be some with zero floorwalk.
