Question ISO - joint mobility exercise

HI,

I'm looking for a good fun JOINT MOBILITY, exercise program for my days off of KBs.

I am NOT looking for just stretching. When you do KB you move more joints i.e. knees, ankles, shoulders, etc.

Is there such a thing out there? I have gone on youtube and did a search and I just find ones for one body part like Hip Openers, Hamstring openers

I may be asking for too much but hey, it could be out there, and that's why I'm looking for it.

I like follow along not read-alongs. I can't get the position right if I have to stop and go back and open a book. Na-mean?

There are clips on you tube. I have not done it myself. It is an expensive set. Hopefully you will get more suggestions.

I like the Prehab routine in the original Jessica Smith Walk Strong set.

Stretch and Joint Mobility Therapy, with Annette Fletcher DVD. This is a total body routine, I love it.

I haven't read the whole thread, but when I see the words "joint mobility" my mind goes right to qigong.

I prefer Lee Holden, and there is the YoQi Youtube channel to try for free.
