Sad, but she was elderly and lived a wonderful life. If you're on Facebook, George Takei wrote a beautiful tribute to her. Did you know she worked for NASA after Trek? She was an ambassador to promote careers in the aerospace industry and inspired many women and people of color to pursue education in the sciences and engineering.

RIP to a lovely and classy woman.

Actor Clu Gulagher has passed away at the age of 93. Another actor who has appeared in so many things, it would probably be easier to list the things he DIDN’t appear in. RIP

Oh, my gosh, Olivia! I'm tearful. Her voice was so sweet and special. She was so beautiful and talented and quite a big part of my childhood.

ONJ - she was a treasure, that's for sure.

kat, yes, she was a big part of my childhood too. loved her music and personality. she fought so hard against that dreaded disease. my heart goes out to her.
