The Silver & Fit channel on YouTube has lots of 30 minute cardio workouts, for when you want something a little longer - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. I believe the Beginner workouts are seated in a chair. Many of the Intermediate and Advanced workouts are filmed outside.

Metro Physical Therapy on YouTube. -This is wonderful! I am a senior and I appreciate no "senior talk or really dialed down workouts, the instructor is wonderful. I bet you would like it.

Good luck and take care . don't push, take the middle road, you are on the mend. let time work for you.

Karla I wanted to suggest walking outdoors and doing parts of any classical stretch episode. When I was fighting a nasty virus that really seemed to help me.

Also I am sorry you're hit hard this time. Please be gentle with yourself. Sending you healthy wishes.

Reiterating the walking outside, gentle workouts, Ellen and CS stretchy eps, and not overdoing it even when you think you can.

I had covid last fall and it wasn't too bad, but I'm pretty sure I had it again last month (never got a positive though, even though all of my family had the same symptoms) and it was a dousy. Much more congestion, much more coughing, and much longer. It was probably 15 days of lousy-ness. I did only gentle walking on the treadmill, and then worked up to some Ellen workouts and some CS when I felt better. It's now taken about a month to finally get back to where I was in June.

Staying really hydrated all day helped and really just incorporating more movement each day (non-workout movement) helped, too.

Hope you're on the mend soon!

Hi I think Jane Fonda's Stress Reduction is very good. I have used it a lot recovering from my surgeries.

Karla, so sorry this is hitting you so hard. It is one nasty virus.
Lots of great suggestions, esp. the walking outside. That helped me tremendously. I workout strictly indoors, but DD’s coaxed me into the outside walks. Really helped.

All the best. Hope you feel better/recover swiftly.

I'm so sorry you were so sick w/ this round of COVID. It is so unpredictable.

You got some great suggestions - I'll throw out one - Lucy Wyndham Read - she has many short workouts on her You Tube Channel. She has many free challenges - including one from July which was focused on posture and stretching - those may be good places to start.

I also like CocoLime fitness for when I am not feeling great. She has a paid site for $15/month but does have some free ones on You Tube. She incorporated breaks into her workouts and also does them in "rounds" so you can stop whenever you want (which, of course, you can do w/ any workout).

I hope you feel better soon.
