Thank you very much for your suggestions and recommendations. I have some points that I can use on Amazon so that will give me an opportunity to get something there.

Any recommendations for 10 minute add ons that I can tack on to the end of my regular workouts? TIA

ETA: I have a few Jane Adams DVD's. The Stronger Standing Balance DVD has a workout called Standing Poses 9 minutes. Has anyone done this workout?

Diana, I love, love, love Jane Adams. Yes, the Standing Poses one is a good one that's on my rotating list.

Others that are 10 minutes or less, these may not all be fully balance, but there is some type of balance work included in all. At the very least, some focus on foot and ankle work, which are helpful for balance.

I have 2 Kathy Smith DVDs with balance. An older one, Body Balance,
part of her Rejuvenation series; 32 minutes, totalfitnessdvds.com has it for $2.99. And a newer one, Ageless with Kathy Smith Total Body Turnaround has a balance chapter, 20 minutes.

David-Dorian Ross has a Tai Chi Fit Over 50 Balance DVD. I also like the already mentioned Lee Holden Qi Gong Better Balance workout, as well. And, Jane Adams is a favorite, too!

Yoga Vitality Chair Yoga is another good DVD that works on balance. Dean is the instructor and this workout is suitable for all fitness levels. He's a great instructor with very clear instruction and a calming nature.

Thanks for sharing. I notice that she uses balance discs. Do we need them?

I just did this one. It's short, quick, and effective. Her workouts are similar to CS/Essentrics.
