Looking for DVD that focuses on Balance
As the title states, I am looking for a DVD that focuses on Balance. TIA for your recommendations.
I have DVD's that are stored away and I might already have something that I don't need to buy but I would need a recommendation since I have not focused on balance in the past. I would like a DVD that contains short premixes less than 15 minutes so I can add on to my regular workouts.
