Do you ever get tired of working out at home?
Even after a very long time of being consistent and mostly enjoying it?
I am finding myself there. Maybe it’s only a slump. Maybe it is a result of the pandemic, and wanting to do many more things in person. Maybe it’s a result of stage of life. I started working out at home because it saved a lot of driving time when I had a demanding job, and then responsibility for children. But I grew to prefer it for other reasons, and for many years.
If you felt this way, did it help to take classes in person? Did you regain your enjoyment of working out at home?
