A little known one, but a goody for recalcitrant insomnia - Reebok Final Cuts.

How about Cathe's Pyramid Lower Body? You do five sets of each exercise. Don't use any extra weights and lower the height of the tall box so it's not as taxing. When I do this, I find that it's more of a repetitive leg workout along the lines of an aerobic workout. It also doesn't require much space.

Susan Powter has one that I checked out of the library a couple of years ago that fits your criteria. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name. I am headed to the library later today though, I'll see if it's still on the shelf.

a boring oldie!

Have you tried Denise Austin's 30 Minute Low Impact Fat Burning Workout? It's an old one (1980's) and she's relatively mellow in this one. It's very repetitive and definitely a clock watcher

what about Chizel-It2 and Super Chizel-it?
Of course, there is always any UR workout with keeping the feet on the mat
I think Gilad will fit the bill too

who likes the Chizel-Its even though I avoid dull and repetitive workouts

Alta, when I am in a funk like that I do the cardio part of KV Burn & Firm. Its only about 20 minutes long, so you can tack abs on the end and feel like you've done something. Or, if you have a stationary bike, a half hour of Headline News does it for me. I can just zone out.

While I don't consider it boring, I really like Gaiam's Get Moving for low-energy days when I don't want to have to think too much. The scenery is beautiful and the instructor is very non-annoying.

I love threads like this. I feel like I'm being let in on people's secrets and confessions

I was thinking of The Weather Channel. As long as they don't have one of those "killer storm" specials (and it's not an otherwise boring weather day) I can watch maps and cool graphics and snow and rain....
