Question LITE Cathe Rotation Question

Is there (or has anyone created) a rotation using Cathe's LITE set that adds on one body part from the Pyramid Pump as an extra add on to give a little extra attention to other body parts??

In June, I did a week each of Xtrain, Lite, Ice, and RWH where I incorporated all of the bonuses for each workout as well as each ab workout twice during the week. Here is my Lite week (it's not as pretty here as it is in my spreadsheet ha). Full workout time listed first and individual times beside each segment.

71 Metabolic Blast - 41, Abs 2 - 10, PP Back - 9, Cal Crush - 11
56 Rev'd Up Rumble - 41, PP Shoulder - 6, Cal Crush - 9
61 Lower Strong Body Stacked Sets - 38, Abs 1 - 10, Ext Stretch 1 - 13
56 Upper Strong Body Stacked Sets - 35, Abs 2 - 10, Ext Stretch 2 - 11
61 Cardio Party - 39, PP Chest - 7, Cal Crush - 15
61 PHA 2 - 44, Abs 1 - 10, PP Bi - 7
57 Body Weight & Bands - 43, Tri - 6, Cal Crush - 8
