The Firm 20 Questions About Fitness
Hello, everyone. I am new here though I have lurked for awhile! I am, primarily, a Firm believer but mix in Jessica, Leslie, etc. Just started back with the classics trying to get back into shape at age 47. Boy, these were SO much easier in my 20's!! Ha! Anyways, I really wanted to view the 20 Questions about Fitness but could not find it on any DVD and I no longer owned my VHS copies. I found a video online that someone posted and thought I would share the link in case anyone else also wanted to watch this section again! Hope you enjoy! I know I did...what a blast from the past!!!

I remember when I bought my first Firm VHS which was Floor Legs I think, this program was tacked onto to the end, I watched it a lot. I think I picked up a VHS copy with the same program and converted to DVD, I still watch it once in a while. Fun blast from the past.
I always thought that Kay Doran was a good host for this too. |

Surprisingly, I had never seen this before despite having done Firm workouts for 20 some years! So thanks for posting, Gemini, and welcome! I owned Vol. 6 on VHS back in the day and tried Volume 1 once, but the original 6 Firm workouts never appealed to me much. I was surprised in the video that the original tall box was 17 inches! Dang! I always thought 14 inches was the highest box used. And they initially recommended 3, 5, and 10 pound dumbbells for women instead of 3, 5, and 8 pounds recommended in later Firm workouts. There is lots of great information in the video. I already knew a lot of it, but it was fun to see the history of weight lifting and aerobics.
