Welcome back Sarah O

I prefer most working out with dvds. So I have an own library which I love. I sometimes use 4 dvds in one day. Pick parts of workouts. I have different workouts because different moods.

Like the others said there are a lot of free you tube channels. I like the Body Project a lot and Up to the Be at Fit from Gina. But there are more good you tube channels.

There is also the app Dailymotion where are a lot of free dvd workouts to find from easy to advanced. And the free app and free site and app FitOn, which I both like very much.

https://www.dailymotion.com/search/Freytag/videos and https://fitonapp.com/

Just know both are free and you do not need the FitOn Pro.

I have only one streaming site which I got for cheap in November. https://www.gethealthyutv.com/
I subscribed when they offered the same deal in Nov/Dec. $3 plus I upgraded to Gold membership for additional $13. Total $16 for the entire year. They have that each year at that time. I must say I only prefer Chris Freytag there and somehow do not use it that much. I think must I feel obligated to use it. So I will not use a streaming site anymore where I have to pay. At least I found out for cheap ( got so e free downloads with it too. I hope this all helps you.

Welcome home, Sarah!

I still have (way too many) DVDs and even VHS.

I stream YouTube workouts once in a while. I like Team Body Project very much:

YouTube has been so much fun, even just to watch clips of old favorites, and today I did Cardio Sculpt Blaster because the whole thing was online. I can’t believe I’ve reordered some of the same DVDs that I gave away years ago. My husband saves everything in case he needs it one day. He can find just the right widget because he held on to it for two decades. ’m a thrower-outer, but boy do I wish I’d just tucked away a few things now!

Sarah, there's always the Request the Wealth thread.

http://forum.videofitness.com/showth...Request+Wealth

If want to reacquire a workout you can post it there and someone may have it and gift it to you, or may ask for postage and a mailer.
