I'm currently reading Front Lines, by Michael Grant. It's the 1st of a trilogy about 3 women in an alternate WWII where women were drafted into the armed forces. It is so much better than I expected, and I've already got the 2nd downloaded to start when I finish this one.

Been reading a lot, and thank goodness for the libraries having ebooks! I didn't like them when I first tried, but now prefer them to paper books, due to aging eyes, and ease of use.

It is our resistance to things as they are that causes most unhappiness.

When you rise in the morning, give thanks for the light, for your life, for your

I'm reading Pride and Prejudice for the first time. It's the last library book I have left to read and they are closed indefinitely. I'm a little panicked. DH is a book collector and has thousands of books, but I do most of my reading when I'm multitasking (like brushing my teeth) so I am afraid to read any of his books just in case something happens.

I am enjoying Pride and Prejudice!

Fortunately, that's one of the longer Jane Austens.

P&P was my first Austen. Have you read Persuasion? It's my favorite.

No, I will read that one next. Thanks! I have only read Mansfield Park before P&P.

I'm reading The Little Bakery on Rosemary Lane by Ellen Berry. It's my first book by her and I'm enjoying it. (Thanks, Sherry!)
