21 Day Fix: Barre Legs
I'm slowly going through all the BeachBody workouts on BOD. I've hated all the workouts led by Autumn. Until...
I tried 21 Day Fix: Barre Legs and liked it a lot. I liked that it was simple, basic moves that are tough. No goofy "creative" moves that I am so sick of. You don't need a barre, but you can use a chair if needed. Autumn is somewhat less grating and annoying in this workout. One can add leg or ankle weights to make it tougher.
