This was going to be my recommendation. Strengthening the pelvic floor sounds so simple, it's anything but. It's not like strengthening an isolated muscle.
I just spent more years untangling an imbalanced mess than I want to admit. My pelvic floor was a big part of it. I did Katy's exercises for a year with pain relief but no real structural changes. Sandra Hanna's Callanetics streaming sessions have made the most difference. Here are two good Katy Bowman articles. Article #1 Article #2
