Ah, interesting responses, thank you! Still thinking about it and that gives me something to chew over.
That's a very pertinent comment about not setting myself up for failure. I did quit STS after 6 weeks due to an injury, and that's nagging in the back of my mind. I like ICE very much and so it might be time to give it a proper chance (and it has the benefit of being new). Thanks; will report back! I think all 3 are good in their own way. |

Why not an Xtrain/ICE rotation? I believe the ICE guide has it.

Actually that's a very good idea.
A mixed rotation combining both would be great. I'd add in STS but my heart sinks a bit....it's something I feel I should do but not what I want to do. Thanks; I'll do the XTrain/ICE rotation. Thanks everyone, that really helped! |

Thanks! I'll do an update after the first month. I really do like the ICE workouts; you can modify down if you want to, and also modify up if you can on the weight workouts and Blizzard Blasts. It's really flexible and Cathe seems very 'up' and sparkling. I don't think there's a bad DVD in the set; there's usually one I don't like or don't do in every Cathe series, but not this time. |
