Dasha - Kettlebell Kickboxing Co-Ed Set
Dasha just posted this on instagram in response to asking if they are heavier, less cardio, more traditional kettlebell workouts that she filmed:
"yes, there are three heavier, no cardio, respiratory interval strength session at 60 min each, include kettlebell, pull up bar and body weight. And 4 20 minute HiiT flows that are kettlebell flows and martial arts cardio. Very different from the last set, unique, challenging. They will be in the store on Nov. 25th."
I don't know anything else, but I am excited.
