I REALLY REALLY like this concept. I don't like all of the sprawls - there are other forms of cardio, seriously. I also wish there was more kickboxing. I feel like these are more Kettlebell/MMA conditioning. I like the original workouts, but I may have to borrow one from Bee (she's my neighbor, kind of *waves wildly at Bee*) to see if I like these.

Ok, I did Killer Combos this morning -- really had intended to do Pure Power, but completely forgot about the discs being labelled backwards. I should have remembered when the time didn't match my expectations but maybe I wasn't fully awake! Honestly, I think this is my least favorite Dashsa set. Both workouts are all tabata sets and there's only so much of that I can take. The good news is, I do think you could shorten these workouts by doing only some subset of the sets. The bad news is, these are not chaptered in a way that makes using the skip button easy to do that. There is a minute rest between each tabata set, so you could use that minute to fast forward to whatever next tabata set you might want to do. Does that make sense? I think it's just as well that I did the shorter workout by accident because I'm not sure I could have made it through even one more tabata set!
