Gilad's Lord of the Abs Series
I just received an e-mail from Gilad. His new Lord of the Abs series is now available for $69.95 for all five DVDs or $19.95 each with free shipping on orders over $39.95. There are long clips for each workout except the floor med ball workout which is a duplicate link to the standing med ball workout. The offer is good through Dec. 20 with guaranteed delivery by Christmas if ordered by Dec. 20. These look pretty good to me.

In the beginning of the Phenomenal Abs clip he says "your body is mine".
I became sidetracked after that...   OMG this man has the best covers. Those abs.... I think I could use another trip to Hawaii some time soon!

Just when I said "No more!" here I go again. Love the looks of Maximum Abs. Was looking for a good med ball workout -- wonder how it will compare to Michael Carson's horribly named workout "Get Sexy" Actually, that could aptly be the title of Gilad's new workout -- but without the word "Get"

The medball ones do look good... but I skip every, single ab/core segment in every, single dvd I own. I don't know what makes me think I would actually do ONE ab/core dvd (let alone 5!!!)
