InControl dvd

Just tried the InControl dvd, and thought it was too much like alot of the other pilates dvds, just alot shorter time frame and more concentrated exercises.

Expensive for what it offers. For those who have tried this dvd, did you like it or feel you could get, for the most part, the same exercises with your pilates dvds.

I just bought the new Element Pilates Kit(I'm don't usually like pilates, I'm a yoga girl, but with the ball in this one, thought I might like it.), so I don't probably need both.

Whatcha think out there?

You mean the InControl DVD for sale at Collage Video? Thanks for the review - I was wondering about this dvd. I did find that what I got from Callanetics Evolution in terms of the pelvic floor was additional to what I had learned from Pilates, but I have never tried the InControl DVD.

Yes, the one Collage sells. Guess it's not too popular?
