Madfit is a good one because she actually instructs which I think is important for a beginner. Some instructors give no form tips or give them beforehand and as you are learning good form, tips during the actual workout are what you want. And these are all short!

I saw that video and almost recommended it, but I thought it might be too long. I think of short workouts as under 30 minutes (and more in the 15-20 minute range). Let us know if your daughter ends up trying/liking any! It's so nice when loved ones show an interest.

Bodyfit by Amy has great, short strength workouts. I find her very encouraging as well.

Thanks for the additional recs.

Instruction and form tips during the workout is especially important, thanks.

Venus, yes 15 to 20 minutes is probably her max at this point.
