Yoga Practice: (online) Do Yoga With Me _ Power into 2022 challenge _ #2 - Rest and Recover: Spaciousness - basically a body awareness meditation/scan and 1 restorative pose; didn’t click with me after a busy day.

01/02/22 - Day 13 - Yoga with Kassandra New Year Intention Setting Yin. This was a full hour yin practice and it felt like I grew two inches from it.

Uh-oh; I’ve signed up for a few challenges which have now all started … Fortunately, today is a snow day & I can spend lots of time on yoga.

Yoga Training/Practice: (online) Mission: Daily Yoga _ Day 1 - a really simple, nice, short warm-up stretch; felt great so I followed it with (book) Yoga Fitness For Men (Dean Pohlman) _ Posture Fixer-Upper - I love this quick sequence in the morning.

Yoga Practice: (online) Do Yoga With Me _ Power into 2022 challenge _ #3 - Form and Flow / Fiji McAlpine - A lovely flow with elegant transitions; nicely paced. The kind of class that inspires my love for yoga.
