Today was my Day 1. I went to a lovely 90-minute class at the studio where I teach that featured live acoustic guitar music. It was a great blend of gentle stretching, a bit of flow, a long meditation/shavasana, and readings for the new year. Happy New Year, all!

01/01/22 - Day 12 - YWK Yin Yoga for Serenity, plus a few additional minutes working on square pose a/k/a double pigeon. On each side I sat upright for 10 long, slow breaths, and folded forward for 5 more breaths. |

Thank you, Pat! I probably did yoga at least 2-3 days in a row prior to yesterday, but I'll keep 1/1 as my official start date.
