Same - I always kind of hold my breath when I get the email notification for this thread.

The Betty White news is very sad. I loved her in Golden Girls, but I thought she was brilliant in MTM. She was also lots of fun on Pass Word with her husband at the time, Allen Ludden.

I so enjoyed her in Hot in Cleveland! I was so sad when it wasn’t renewed. She will definitely be missed.

Some people seem to think it's not true. Waiting for other news sources to confirm.

I'm sure we will know for sure soon.
One thing (maybe the only thing) TMZ tends to be reliable about is deaths. But it's always good to wait for confirmation.

RIP Betty What a long and amazing career! Someone on Twitter said it best, live your life so that if you die at 99 everyone will say it's too soon.

Betty White was such an inspiration to me. She was still working and going strong in her 80’s and 90’s. I want to be the kind of person she was—positive and optimistic.

Betty was great in the Mary Tyler Moore shows. She was over 50 when she starred in that show—that was the show that catapulted her career. She was also wonderful in Hot in Cleveland and hilarious in The Proposal.

She will be missed.
