I no longer have any workout VHS (or a VCR). The only VHS in my house is my wedding video, lol, which I really should get converted!

I have Charlene and the Bench Boys and one other--the name escapes me. I never had any of hers on DVD. After I converted my VHS to DVD I tried to do the Bench Boys and hated it with a passion. Boring, boring, boring. But I will always be grateful to her for inspiring my dedication to fitness!

The oldest one I bought new is Jane Fonda's Complete Workout.

The oldest one I own is Jane Fonda's Prime Time Workout that I got at thrift store for $.50.

I have an original clamshell copy of FIRM Volume 1, but I bought it used. I still do it, however, and have not migrated to a DVD version. Of the oldest VHS that I still do that I got when they were new, definitely either the FIRM Basics set, which I believe came out in 1999 (and I still do all three of them, all still on VHS!) or Ali McGraw: Yoga Mind and Body (I think that came out around the same time, but I don't know which I got first). In all cases, the VHS are starting to have little weird glitches and the sound is lower than it used to be, but I still keep plugging away. As long as I still have a working VCR, I probably won't get DVD versions of any of these.

Yeah, I would like to see it on DVD too. I would totally pounce on it. Maybe I will do this one today! It is a good workout. Some of the music is not great but overall I really enjoy it. I wish I would have discovered it sooner than I did.

From fitness videos, my oldest and only VHS tape is Jane Fonda's Yoga Exercise Workout. I do have quite a few videos of movies from the early 1980s. I belonged to a video a month club in the early 90's and then switched to DVDs.

Tamilee Webb Buns of steel 3 (1991) three copies. A backup vhs and I have it on dvd.

I did have Kathy Smith Tone up (1986) which was a resistance band workout but it didn't survive a recent purge.

Original firms volumes 1 through 6. I'll never do them again but I'm sentimental.
