I need to try this, I really like the timesaver premixes on her Lite Series.

That's my go-to for those low energy days. It can be modified up or down easily.

I’ve been loving the Firm Cardio Split. You can either do the upper and lower body sections separately or do the whole thing together. There is no dread factor for me at all with this one and even if I just do one section, I feel happy afterward.
ETA: there is cardio involved (as the name says!) but you still get lots of weight work too.

As mentioned by a few others Cathe's P30 Pump has been my go to lately. I'll do the upper body then add on the lower body bonus, abs and stretch. Next day lower body then add the upper bonus. Minus the abs and stretch it comes to around 35 minutes.

I have done Cathe's Perfect Pump 30 Upper once and I really liked it. I guess I just got too distracted by other workouts to remember to do it again!

Get Fit at 40+ with James Crossley - the w/u and weights and c/d make about a 40-minute workout, it's straightforward and simple and you can go pretty heavy - or not.

I pick up a kettlebell, set my GymBoss for 1-minute intervals, decide on how many swings I want to do at the top of each minute, and start swinging.

I just do my own thing. I know what exercises my body needs, so I just get to it.
