Lisa in LITE Cardio Party
I know someone mentioned that she was in a previous Cathe workout, a long time ago. Which one was it? She's the brunette on the back row, right side facing the TV.

She was in lots of Cathe workouts from the 90s. Her last one before Cardio Party was Rhythmic Step back in 2001.

Besides Rhythmic Step, I believe she was also in the Pure Strength series, Cross Train Express (she’s even on the cover behind Cathe), IMAX, Maximum Intensity Cardio, Maximum Intensity Strength, Circuit Max, and Step Fit.

I liked her in the Pure Strength series, I wish she was featured more in the Lite series.
