Her reminder tips are more like what she's done in more recent workouts.... like Brain-Body Fitness Turn Back Time and Senior Fit and FIRST STEP

They just resonate better for me. It's like she's more spot on with instruction.

Honestly I wasn't expecting much and was just looking for a chair workout to use at work at the hospital since I've been working really long hours but once I did I was pleasantly surprised. I was sweating like crazy! Who knew a chair workout could kick start my metabolism like that?
