I think this series would be an awesome post natal series... 4-6 months post natal that is. I love how Gilad says "The stronger your core, the stronger your entire body", it's very true.
I was going to trade the Med Ball workouts away but I'm going to keep them. Core Challenge can be done without a med ball easily and Maximum Abs will take some time to workout up to (for me at least).
Gilad is the only Male Instructor that I've clicked with. I enjoy the background, his cueing, the eye candy, and the emphasis on functional fitness. Gilad knows his stuff and IMO, he's one of the few instructors that works the opposing muscle & stabilizing groups completely and properly.
