All the Original Classic Firms Vols. 1-6. All the original six Physique 67 DVDs. Cathe's Low Impact Circuit, Tracey Mallet's Get Your Body Back, and probably the old Tracy Long Training DVDs. from 2006ish.

ETA: I just realized I was only supposed to list five.

Since I mostly do rotations, if not official, my own. My most played workouts are the extended stretches that I add at the end of my regular workout, since most workouts don't stretch enough imo. I add any of these almost every day.

1- Si6: Slim & Limber
2- Rejuvenation: Stretch & Flex
3- FéFit: Stretch Flow 1 (I also like flow 2, but I reach for flow 1 the most)
4- Perfect in Ten Stretch: Upper Body, Back & Hips
5- Stretch Max: Any.

Agreed! Now that I'm getting older, I don't recover as quickly and find stretching EXTREMELY important. I've been enjoying looking for stretching add-ons on YT to add to my regular workout. This is one of my favorites -

Wendy,Ever since you posted about Mady Morrison, I have been loving all her stretches!! I do her 10 min Back Pain Relief stretch almost every day. I SO love it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2eA2Koq6pTI. Thanks again for mentioning her!!

Nice! Yes, that one is good, too! I've done several of her stretch videos and even some of her yoga workouts (although they are in German and I speak very little Deutsch).

I tried Mady's stretch today, I liked it very much and nice music, thanks for the link Wendy! AMD, I will have to try her Back Pain Relief Stretch as well.
