Short Essentrics/Classical Stretch workouts

My exercise a.d.d. keeps me from LONG workouts, especially stretch.

Does anyone know any shorter Essentrics/Classical Stretch workouts? I am getting one from my library with 25 minutes (Strength & stretch in motion) and would like to see if there are others. Even if they are not Essentrics, shorter workouts like them.

THANKS in advance,
Joanne

All the Classical Stretch seasons episodes are about 25 min. Several Essentrics dvds also have shorter workouts:
Ultimate Stretch set
Strength & Stretch in Motion set
Connective Tissue
Pain Relief
Stretch Series Volume 1
Body Sculpting Series Volumes 1 & 2
Aging Backwards Series
Rebalance & Reboot
Toning for Beginners

Hope that helps

ETA - I’ve added a few more to the list. Most of the shorter Essentrics workouts are around 30 min. All CS episodes are just under 25. A couple of the sets have some focused 15 min workouts. This link has breakdowns.

Well, all of the Classical Stretch episodes are 20 minutes. Is that what you're asking for -- or are you looking for something different?

All Classical Stretch episodes are 22-23 minutes.

There are a few shorter workouts on ETV.

Amanda's Posture 15 min
Amanda's Seated Neck 15 min
Meg's AM and Pm Stretch 15 and 18 min
Gail has a 10 min Express Waist

There are more short ones. These are off the top of my head.

Have you tried the 10 min lives on the Classical Stretch Facebook Page?

Pam's YouTube list is nice.

Nobody says you have to do an entire workout as presented. Do half a standing and floor episode. Make it work for you.

You're right, Beth, and true for any workout but especially true of CS.

I have started making notes on the episodes I do that have natural stopping points at 10-15 and feel like "enough."

Classical stretch has been posting a 10 minute free workout on their facebook on Mon & Wed. It continues through November and hopefully longer.
