It's been awhile since I have done Perfect 10 so I cannot speak directly to your question. However, I think Katami 4x4 would be a great choice if you're ready to advance. Paul has a modifier for all workouts and he starts with more basic moves in the first two workouts ( I Am Change). The moves do become more challenging through the phases, but those progressions are manageable. (E.g. I'm still on my knees for the push-up variations and get a good workout.).
Paul is a great instructor, not annoying at all. And I love the 4x4 format.
