Thanks for this, RedPanda. I've been curious about this program too, but have wondered about the price. (I don't think it's unreasonable, necessarily, just more than I'm inclined to pay).
I think the principles you point out are right on, though. Through a variety of resources, I've been working on those very things and slowly, my knees are improving. They're not bulletproof by any means, but I'm having far less pain far less often and am regaining functions I haven't had for three years.
If he's pulling all that information together for people who don't have the time to gather it from various sources, it's probably worth it.
