I have completed it once, and done individual complete Mesos a couple of times.

After my STS rotation I was the strongest I have ever been - it really translated functionally into making everyday activities easier. (Had some nice definition in arms, shoulders, obliques and back to boot. My legs were defined to start with and remained that way. No loss in inches, though.)

I completed the rotation but knew that I would never do it again. I can't stomach ever using that much equipment again. I just recently sold the set on eBay.....

I own STS but haven't tried it. I'm even thinking of putting it up for trade because of all the equipment

I completed it twice but I will never do it again. I sold it on amazon. I really gained strength. I got so tired of all the equipment but what really got to me was "micro loading". It started to really annoy me. Actually I have never done another Cathe rotation after STS. I had been doing her monthly rotations forever.

I have STS but have yet to use it. I don't have the time or space for the equipment right now. I probably won't try it until Tiny Bubble starts school in a couple years. For the ones that have tried it, did you do all the pretesting and micro loading and all that?

Started it at the beginning of the year and got two? three? weeks into it before I burned out. I'm pretty compulsive and all the micro-weights and one-rep max testing wore me down. Plus the workouts took forever, what with pausing the workout multiple times to set up for the exercises, then pausing again to record my weights.

Every time I read about VFers' great results, I think I should try it again. Then I look at my folder full of worksheets and printouts and think, eh, maybe later.

I can't wait to do a second round! DH wants to try it with me next round, so that should be interesting.....I think we'll need to invest in more equipment.

I've done one complete round, Meso 1-3, then Meso 1 one additional time, and I am currently on my 4th rotation of Meso 2. I love it!! It mixes easily with other workouts, and I don't do the micro loading. That's annoying. I adjust it to me... shorten rest times, use the same weight for all the sets, or use heavier weights then drop down part way through if I can't make it through the set.

I think it's fun.. and the sweat factor for Meso 2 is low so I can do it in the summer and not sweat to death in my un-A/C'ed workout room!
