Denise was mean to me today. Studio, no beach. Modern cardio, with horizontal and plyo moves. Ugh. This was from her 360 program and it was the advanced level. I modified away the jumps and still need a shampoo now. Yoga tomorrow, I'm glad. I can do that after we get back from visiting DD's grandparents.
