I'm using Edge booty 2 at the moment for my main weight work and I thought this Paul Katami set might be a good addition as my cardio workouts. Any recommendations?

Laura, are you meaning using the Katami 4x4 workouts as the scheduled cardio during the EBE2 rotation?

You have to skip but it's not difficult at all. It is very well chaptered by block if I recall correctly.

Believe it or not, I've purchased this set twice because I thought I'd like it better the second time and still didn't like it. I like Paul Katami, and the workouts are good, but I'm not really a rotation person. I like to mix and match my own workouts, and there doesn't really seem to be any way to do this set except to start at the beginning and "advance" through the phases week by week. It's not clear to me from the titles ("Warrior" and so on) how the phases are different, what exercises are in them, what the point of each workout is, and so on.

Hi

Yes I was thinking of doing the Paul Katami 4x4 dvds sort of mixed up with EBE2. Also I was going to include yoga such as udaya or bryan kest in the evening.

Hi Laura, as you've and already like his bootcamp 4x4x2 dvd, you'll probably enjoy this system as well, but this is a progressive set, so the first few workouts might not be as intense and his single DVD and they are also shorter, at around 45 min. But, you can always do the advanced version if you need to. They are solid workout and you get a good amount of content for the money and the recovery workouts are pretty good too, I them! I guess if you're planning your own rotation, doing a couple of EBE2 a week and then want to throw in a total body wo during the week, this might be a good option. Let us know what you decide!
