Hamelin D'abell Method MATICS Thighmatics 1 and 2

I already have glutematics, bodymatics, thighmatics I and thighmatics II and one of the course sets.

I somehow forgot to transfer the thighmatics I and II to my laptop that I am using while away. I really wanted to do both or at least thighmatics I based on La Catrina's recommendation. I cannot find my youtube link any more. Would anyone mind posting or pm'ing me at least the link to thighmatics I so I could do it today? Thank you so much! If you can't/don't want to I understand and thanks any way.
