I have been doing Tonique on a reg basis since January. Started with Premeir, and discovered all the rest..
I have done Phase 3 and 1 together. I have gotten as far as 90 mins of Phase 2.
I have also done the express workout on this dvd, but not sure if its the same as the download Sculpts, as I don't have those.
Even though I am at these a while, I still have to modify at some points, but enjoy them immensely, and consider it low impact cardio as my heart rate gets in the zone and stays there.
We have a check in going... Lots of feedback and helpful information on there.
