Diana, thank you for checking in with Linda!
Today I did Heather's Full Body Strength Workout. This one is divided into three sections by body part: lower body, upper body, and core. I did this more comprehensive workout because I'm not sure how I'm going to feel this week. We started eating keto today, and I've never done that before. You can feel bad during the first week of this. Also, we are getting our first vaccine shot today. So I will probably have to do lighter workouts for the rest of the week--we'll see.
