I definitely don't see the same kind of aesthetic results today as I did when I was younger (55 now), but my priorities are also different today. I used to be able to work out once a week or even every other week, eat whatever I want and still have cut abs. Today, I just want to feel good in my body, maintain a decent amount of strength and cardio conditioning and I'm pretty happy. My workouts are also very different today. Workouts that would have been a yawn fest for me back when are now what I consistently reach for.
