Here are some books that were recommended to me ( I think by Candice )
Feast Without Fear: Food and the Delay, Don't Deny Lifestyle by Gin Stephens, Dr. Kelley Kacergis (Paperback) Delay, Don't Deny: Living an Intermittent Fasting Lifestyle by Gin Stephens, Dr. Kenneth Power (Paperback) But a couple of things, there is not just a daily time fast option. There is another fast method that lowers your calorie intake on days when you know your activity demand is lower. You eat normal times on high activity days. I think the biggest thing that can make it successful is knowing whether your natural activity level matches this cycle. Some people would not work well with this. Here's the best thing explanation of why it works and how it works well for this guy https://youtu.be/9zLYk5lpZR0 I think if I tried to answer you more then this I would be crossing the diet lines so I'll stop here.
