I did work out today and yesterday, but we've been a bit busy. Yesterday I did a video from a new-to-me workout instructor (Well+Good). It was a band workout for the upper body, using the long band, and it was good. Today I did two Blogilates workouts, an outer thigh and an inner thigh challenge. And we walked a ton, and up a lot of hills. I have about 15k steps right now. I have realized the quality of the steps is very important when it comes to weight. I think all the hills and long strides have a bigger effect than the walking (including incidental walking) that I was doing before.
Diana, we had the Pfizer and had the same effects as each other. Sore arm and quite tired after the first shot, and the same after the second but less so. Not too bad.
Lynn, that treatment sounds disorienting, but then the condition sounds even more so. I hope it helps a lot!
